Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable.
Prices
Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors.
Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Beauty Euphoria reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases including product unavailability, incorrect pricing or product information, suspected fraud, or other reasonable circumstances.
Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across Lebanon with Wakilni. The standard delivery charge is $5, and orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days.
Delivery estimates are approximate and may be affected by courier availability, location, holidays, weather, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns may be requested within 3 days of receiving an order, provided that the product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging.
Exchanges may be requested within 3 days of receiving an order, subject to the same condition requirements.
Products that have been opened, used, tested, or have damaged packaging are not eligible for return or exchange, except where applicable for an incorrect or damaged order.
Customers are responsible for delivery charges associated with an exchange unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us promptly with your order number and photographs of the item so we can review the issue and assist you.
